These Terms govern your use of slopotron.com, the Stories, Ball Escape, Pong, Brick Destroy, and Perfect Stack products, finished files, subscriptions, and the Windows Live Games. By creating an account, purchasing Creator, or using SLOP-O-TRON, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use SLOP-O-TRON for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
Provide accurate information, keep your account credentials private, and contact support if you believe the account has been used without permission. One account is intended for one person and may not be shared or multiplied to repeat previews, daily limits, membership access, or affiliate attribution.
The products
SLOP-O-TRON provides five creator products: Stories, Ball Escape, Pong, Brick Destroy, and Perfect Stack. Stories includes the available short-form, story-carousel, and related creator workflows. Ball Escape, Pong, Brick Destroy, and Perfect Stack provide configurable game-video creation. Creator also includes Ball Escape Live, Pong Live, and Brick Destroy Live in the Windows application while the membership is active.
Subject to these Terms and the access limits shown in the service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the products for personal or commercial creative work.
Free accounts, previews, and watermarks
Every free generation or preview requires a SLOP-O-TRON account. An eligible free account may receive one watermarked Stories preview. Signed-in free accounts may create Ball Escape, Pong, Brick Destroy, and Perfect Stack exports with a SLOP-O-TRON watermark.
You may not create or use extra accounts to repeat a one-time preview, bypass access controls, or avoid a required watermark. You may not remove, crop, cover, obscure, or alter a required free-account watermark in finished work.
Creator subscription
Creator costs $29 USD per month and renews monthly until cancelled. An active Creator membership includes up to six completed Stories-workspace creations each day, unwatermarked Ball Escape, Pong, Brick Destroy, and Perfect Stack exports, and access to all three Windows Live Games.
A Stories-workspace item that fails before completion does not count against the daily total. Unused daily creations do not roll over, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Reasonable technical and anti-abuse limits also apply.
Billing and cancellation
Gumroad is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment, applicable tax, receipts, refunds, disputes, and membership billing. Creator renews until cancelled. Use Manage Billing while signed in to view receipts, update payment details, or cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues through the current paid billing period.
SLOP-O-TRON normally confirms membership automatically. If confirmation is delayed, a valid Gumroad license key may be used to activate the matching account. Purchases are final except where law or Gumroad's applicable policies require otherwise. See Billing for details.
Windows Live Games license
While Creator is active, you may install and use the available Live Games on the permitted number of your own devices for your own creator activity. The applications and activation access are licensed, not sold.
You may not share an activation, transfer access, distribute the applications, resell them, circumvent membership or device controls, reverse engineer them except where that restriction is prohibited by law, or use them to operate a competing hosted or downloadable service. Continued use may require a current version and an active membership.
Your content and finished work
You keep ownership of text and other material you submit. You grant SLOP-O-TRON a limited right to host, process, transform, and transmit that material only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, maintain, and support the service.
SLOP-O-TRON does not claim ownership of finished files you create. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and for reviewing and lawfully publishing your finished work. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable license and platform rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use SLOP-O-TRON to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or platform rules; create sexually exploitative or abusive material; distribute malware or spam; deceptively impersonate others; probe private systems; interfere with the service or another customer; share accounts or license access; remove required watermarks; or bypass account, billing, creation, device, attribution, or other product limits.
Affiliate program
Approved affiliates may promote SLOP-O-TRON using an assigned referral link. Promotions must be truthful, clearly disclose the commission relationship, and comply with applicable advertising and platform requirements. Self-referrals, fake endorsements, spam, forced clicks, attribution interference, and tracking abuse are prohibited.
The Affiliate Terms form part of these Terms for anyone who applies to or participates in the program.
Publishing and third-party platforms
You are responsible for reviewing work before publishing and for complying with the rules of every platform you use. SLOP-O-TRON does not guarantee views, followers, revenue, monetization, eligibility, approval, or any other publishing or commercial result.
Storage and downloads
Hosted Stories outputs are normally retained for seven days. SLOP-O-TRON is not a permanent backup service, so download completed work promptly. Retention may be shortened or extended when reasonably needed for capacity, maintenance, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access for a breach of these Terms, nonpayment, misuse, fraud, risk to customers or the service, or when reasonably required for legal, security, or operational reasons. We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary. When access ends, the license to use paid features and Live Games ends.
Service changes
The service may change over time. We may add, remove, limit, update, pause, or discontinue features, products, or the service for business, operational, legal, security, or technical reasons. Where reasonably practical, we will provide active paid members notice of a material shutdown, stop future renewals, and allow time to download available completed work.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, SLOP-O-TRON is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, platform, or workflow, or any particular creative, publishing, or commercial result. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SLOP-O-TRON and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunities, or data arising from the service. Total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Creator during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law does not permit them.
Your responsibility to us
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SLOP-O-TRON and its operators from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, work you publish, your promotional activity, your violation of these Terms, or unlawful misuse of the products.
General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Billing policy, and any applicable Affiliate Terms are the complete agreement about your use of SLOP-O-TRON. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
You may not transfer your account or assign these Terms without permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a change in ownership or operation of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of a material change. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
