Affiliate Terms

Joining the program

You must be at least 18 years old, have an eligible Gumroad account, and provide accurate application and payout information. Participation is subject to approval and continued eligibility through both SLOP-O-TRON and Gumroad.

Connect only the Gumroad affiliate link issued to you. Your SLOP-O-TRON referral link is personal to your affiliate account and may not be sold, transferred, shared as another person's link, or connected to another person's Gumroad identity.

Commission and payout

The current commission is 50% on qualifying SLOP-O-TRON Creator membership payments attributed to your approved Gumroad affiliate identity. For an eligible recurring membership, commission may continue on later membership charges while the customer remains subscribed and your affiliate status remains eligible.

Gumroad records qualifying sales, calculates commission, handles payout, and applies its payout timing, minimums, verification, fees, and other provider rules. Refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible payments do not earn commission and may reverse a previously recorded commission.

Attribution

A visitor who follows your referral link may be associated with your referral for the current browser session. If that visitor creates a new SLOP-O-TRON account, your referral receives priority on qualifying purchases made by that account for three days after account creation. That account-creation referral takes priority over a later session referral during those three days.

Attribution may be unavailable when a link is changed, browser storage is blocked or cleared, a visitor switches devices or accounts, another eligible referral applies after the priority period, or Gumroad determines that a transaction is ineligible. Gumroad's transaction record is the final source for commission and payout.

Required advertising disclosures

Every affiliate promotion must clearly disclose that you can earn a commission. Put the disclosure with the endorsement and referral link where people are likely to notice it before acting—not behind a profile link, “more” button, terms page, or a group of hashtags.

• A prominent Ad, Advertisement, Sponsored, or #ad can work when its meaning and placement are clear. “Affiliate link,” “partner,” “collab,” “sp,” or “spon” alone may not clearly explain the relationship.
• For video, include the disclosure in the video itself and near the link or in the description. A description alone may be missed.
• For livestreams, repeat the disclosure periodically so people who join later can see or hear it.
• Use the same language as the promotion and make the disclosure easy to read or hear. Platform paid-promotion tools should be used when required, but they do not replace your own clear disclosure.

Truthful promotion

Describe SLOP-O-TRON, its price, free access, products, watermarks, and Creator benefits accurately. Do not promise or imply guaranteed views, followers, income, monetization, platform acceptance, or other results. Do not invent discounts, deadlines, scarcity, endorsements, or features.

Endorsements must reflect a genuine experience or honest opinion. Fake, purchased, AI-generated, or impersonated customer reviews and testimonials are prohibited, as is buying or creating false followers, views, likes, or other social signals to misrepresent influence.

Prohibited methods

Do not use self-referrals; purchases primarily intended to generate commission; repeated account creation; spam; deceptive redirects; forced clicks; malware; cookie stuffing; hidden frames; attribution interference; impersonation; unauthorized rebates or incentives; or misleading coupon, review, or comparison pages.

Do not register domains, social handles, or business names that impersonate or confusingly resemble SLOP-O-TRON, and do not bid on SLOP-O-TRON brand terms in paid search without written permission.

Brand assets and relationship

Approved program assets may be used only to promote SLOP-O-TRON in compliance with these terms. This limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission does not transfer ownership and ends when participation ends. Do not alter an asset in a misleading way or imply that SLOP-O-TRON created, reviewed, or approved your independent content.

You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, joint venturer, or authorized representative. You may not make commitments or warranties on behalf of SLOP-O-TRON.

Review, correction, and removal

We may review promotions and request that inaccurate, noncompliant, or brand-damaging content be corrected or removed. You must act promptly. We may reject an application, pause attribution, disable a referral link, withhold or reverse ineligible commission where permitted, or remove an affiliate for a breach, abuse, fraud, legal or platform risk, or reasonable program-protection needs.

We may change or end the program prospectively, including its commission rate or eligibility rules, with notice where reasonably practical. Gumroad may separately restrict an account, delay payout, reverse commission, or end eligibility under its own terms.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your promotional content, disclosures, platform compliance, taxes, reporting, registrations, and other obligations related to affiliate income. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SLOP-O-TRON and its operators from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your promotion, breach of these terms, or unlawful conduct.
