Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, sign-in and session information, and account status.
• Creator activity: product selections, project settings and status, content you submit or choose, generated outputs, and support messages.
• Membership information: purchase and subscription details received from Gumroad, such as checkout email, product, membership status, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Affiliate information: application and connection details, referral code, affiliate identifier, referral attribution, qualifying transaction status, and related timestamps.
• Live Games information: device activation and session details needed to provide and manage access to the Windows applications.
• Service information: basic device, browser, request, and reliability information used to operate, protect, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide free and paid product access; generate and deliver requested work; apply watermarks and product limits; confirm memberships; activate Live Games; attribute affiliate purchases; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain reliability; and comply with applicable obligations.

Cookies and similar storage

SLOP-O-TRON uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember product choices, maintain essential app state, and attribute eligible affiliate referrals. Blocking or clearing this storage may sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent referral attribution.

Service providers

We use service providers where needed to operate SLOP-O-TRON. Gumroad handles checkout, payments, applicable taxes, receipts, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, membership billing, and affiliate payouts under its own terms and privacy policy. Other providers may support hosting, email, security, file delivery, or customer support and receive only the information reasonably needed for that work.

We do not sell personal information or share it for another company's independent advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law, as part of a business transfer, or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or our rights.

Retention

Hosted Stories outputs are normally kept for seven days. Download completed work promptly. Account, membership, transaction, affiliate, activation, security, and support records may be kept longer when reasonably needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, maintain required records, or comply with law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information by emailing support@slopotron.com from the account address. We may verify account ownership and may retain records where reasonably needed for billing, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Membership controls are available through Manage Billing while signed in.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and project information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Age and international processing

SLOP-O-TRON is intended for people at least 18 years old. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where the service or its providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the products or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@slopotron.com.
