Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, sign-in and session information, and account status.
• Optional Google sign-in: when available and chosen by you, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, and basic profile name to create, connect, and protect your Slopotron account. This sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or YouTube channel. We do not store your Google password or retain Google access or refresh tokens for sign-in.
• Creator activity: product selections, project settings and status, content you submit or choose, generated outputs, and support messages.
• Membership information: purchase and subscription details received from Gumroad, such as checkout email, product, membership status, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Affiliate information: application and connection details, referral code, affiliate identifier, referral attribution, qualifying transaction status, and related timestamps.
• Live Games information: device activation and session details needed to provide and manage access to the Windows applications.
• Service information: basic device, browser, request, and reliability information used to operate, protect, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide free and paid product access; generate and deliver requested work; apply watermarks and product limits; confirm memberships; activate Live Games; attribute affiliate purchases; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain reliability; and comply with applicable obligations.

Cookies and similar storage

We use TikTok Pixel and Events API to measure and improve our ads. TikTok receives public product-page views, ad click and browser-cookie identifiers, and verified Creator Pass trial activations. Trial activations are not reported as paid purchases or revenue; a checkout click is not a trial. We do not send your uploaded videos, scripts, license keys, email address or phone number in this integration. TikTok's browser technology also receives network and device information under its Privacy Policy. It may match events to TikTok users and use them for advertising measurement and optimization.

Site measurement, TikTok tracking and referral cookies are enabled by default. Referral cookies remember an eligible creator for three days. Our ad-attribution cookie and server matching records expire within 30 days; first-party funnel records are retained for up to 90 days. TikTok's own retention and privacy controls apply separately.

SLOP-O-TRON uses cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember product choices, maintain essential app state, and attribute eligible affiliate referrals. Blocking or clearing this storage may sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent referral attribution.

We also measure whether visits to our product pages lead to a trial, membership, or a first successful export. A first-party cookie lasts up to 30 days, and these measurement records are kept for up to 90 days. Records use pseudonymous browser and account identifiers, a product category, an allowed campaign label, and milestone events. These measurement records do not include your email address, IP address, full browsing URL, or video content. TikTok ad measurement is separately described below.

Service providers

We use service providers where needed to operate SLOP-O-TRON. Gumroad handles checkout, payments, applicable taxes, receipts, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, membership billing, and affiliate payouts under its own terms and privacy policy. Other providers may support hosting, email, security, file delivery, or customer support and receive only the information reasonably needed for that work.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share the limited advertising information described above with TikTok. Information may be disclosed when required by law, as part of a business transfer, or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or our rights.

Retention

Hosted Stories outputs are normally kept for seven days. Download completed work promptly. Account, membership, transaction, affiliate, activation, security, and support records may be kept longer when reasonably needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, maintain required records, or comply with law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information by emailing support@slopotron.com from the account address. We may verify account ownership and may retain records where reasonably needed for billing, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Membership controls are available through Manage Billing while signed in.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and project information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Age and international processing

SLOP-O-TRON is intended for people at least 18 years old. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where the service or its providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Changes and contact
